As a creative problem solver, I ensure that practical ergonomic solutions are identified and implemented. I am able to work on projects from inception to completion or to provide input at any stage of the design and implementation process. I am an effective communicator with experience in many different industries including: the charitable sector, rail, telecommunications, postal services, naval and military.

"It has been an absolute pleasure to have met and worked with Jo through a mutual charity. Jo shows real empathy and an ability to understand the simplist and most complex of difficulties presented by an individual, understanding the challenges faced and the mountains they may have to climb, enabling her to be completely inclusive with an eye for detail. With these skills there is nothing she can't design in order to make anywhere more accessible and ergonomically acceptable for those with a disability and the need for changes in order to continue living with such day-to-challenges."
- Megan Giglia MBE, Athlete-Paracyclist & Motivational Speaker
